Store Policy


Ordering Information
PSQS strives to process your order within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday) after receipt of your order.  If we do not have a product in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options.  Please review your order as soon as you receive it.  You have 14 days to notify us of any issues or concerns with your order.

Payments
Online we are able to accept, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.  In store we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Gift Certificates, and Cash.

Returns
Our products may be returned for a store credit within 15 days of original purchase, provided the product is unopened and in "like-new" condition.   Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer unless a mistake by PSQS has occurred (we shipped the wrong product, we shipped you too many or not enough etc.), then PSQS will pay the freight.   The returned goods must include a copy of the original receipt, your email address, shipping address, and phone number.

Items that are not eligible for return are:

o Cut fabric
o Patterns
o Books
o Sewing Machine Feet
o Embroidery Hoops
o Custom designed kits (colors other than what we have selected)
o Sewing Machines
o Sewing machine deposits

Shipping Costs
US Customers - We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Most items are eligible for standard shipping rates.  We will contact you
immediately if any additional shipping charges apply for over-sized orders. PSQS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

PSQS does not ship to Canada/Mexico/International.


Pre-Orders
PSQS enjoys providing you the opportunity to order products when they are first announced. These products are not yet in stock and will ship to you upon receipt.  Pre-orders cannot be voluntarily cancelled.  In the event your order cannot be completed due to a manufacturer's issue, we will notify you immediately to discuss an in-store credit or refund.  Please note:  to secure your pre-order item, your credit card will be charged immediately.  In-stock items will be held until your pre-order item arrives.  If you wish to have your in-stock items ship right away, please place 2 separate orders.  Thank you!


Block of the Month
When you register for any of our Block-of-the-Month programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program.  We will abide by this policy and prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration.  We understand that things happen.  If something happens that causes you to need to cancel, please let us know right away! 

We require a credit card number on file and we will charge your card each month for the monthly cost of your program plus shipping.  Programs vary, please read each program for the length of the program and associated shipping costs.  Auto Ship or Block-of-the-Month

registration fees are non-refundable.  Auto Ship or Block-of-the-Month shipping rates are the same as listed above in our shipping information.  If, for any, reason we are not able to charge your credit card, you will be contacted and your kit will be held until payment arrangements can be made.  We encourage you to let us know if you receive an updated credit card or expiration date.


Classes
o Class dates and times are subject to change based on weather conditions and staffing. Call or check online to verify the correct dates and times.
o Please call 307-328-5284 or 307-320-8895 if you cannot attend your scheduled class.
o Children should not accompany student to class. This is to make the class enjoyable and worthwhile to all students. Children are welcome to attend children classes.
o Classes must be paid for prior to the beginning of the class.
o Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will be credited to an upcoming class. If the cancellation is the day of the class or the student does not attend class, no refund or credit will be given.
o PSQS does not have sewing machines to rent for classes please bring your own machine and ensure it is in good working order.


Patterns
The patterns we sell are assumed to be error free and are purchased in good faith. No warranty can be given nor results guaranteed as we have no control over the execution of instructions.  Therefore, we assume no responsibility for the use of this information or damages that may occur as a result. Please make sure to check the manufacturer or pattern designer website for pattern updates, prior to starting the project.


Newsletter
We do not currently have a newsletter but will list upcoming items and events on our webpage. If you choose we can email you updates on our new products and service.

At Prairie Storm Quilt Shop, we value our customers and their privacy.  We are committed to protecting your personal information and providing a secure online and in store shopping experience.  We gather your personal information in several ways but ensure the safety of that content.

Inventory
We carry a large variety of product and do our best to ensure our inventory is up to date and accurate on our webpage.   If you happen to choose a product that mistakenly is out of stock, you will be notified.


Quilting Service
Currently we do not offer machine quilting services but hope to in the future, we will keep you informed as things develop.
